And here we are, halfway through the year already.
The month soon fills up.

Today was a simple leaf outline, and you can see it in action on my YouTube channel.

This month has presented difficulties and challenges, most of which are now ongoing. The best policy so far has been to keep calm and stitch.

July ahead:

And the year so far:

Amazing what a few minutes a day can do.

“Amazing’ is the word I was going to use for the ‘year so far’ photo. I found it interesting that the circles stand out and my eye seems to travel between them. I so look forward to evening when I do the daily stitching and never get tired of the beauty that comes with it everyday and overall! Sending prayerful thoughts for your well being as you journey down the path you are on.
thanks so much Kay, that’s really kind. So glad you’re enjoying your daily stitching too.
Fabulous! Thank you for inspiring us.
thanks so much Pat 🙂
It’s at these difficult times that we need the stitch therapy. I hope things improve for you soon. Many thanks.
Thanks so much Pauline, you’re so right about stitch therapy 🙂
Always so inspiring! Do miss your daily postings
thanks so much Karen. I do post (mostly) daily on Instagram but not so much everywhere else
Karen, I am so inspired by your varied and intriguing and creative daily stitching, just love it…one day, maybe even next year I will have a go myself, but meanwhile I just love what you are doing…thank you for sharing with us.
thanks so much Jane 😊
This is wonderful Karen and so good to see the year’s progress so far as well as a closer look at the month of June. Your YouTube videos have become a “must see” for me!
Mags Steer
thanks so much Mags 🙂
Love this, but I’m late to the party!
Can you tell me how big the squares please, so I can start to catch up.
Thank you ever so much.

thank you Maggie. There’s no catching up, it can start and end whenever you like. If you’re designing your own template the daily blocks can be whatever size is most comfortable for you. There’s a stitch journal FAQ page here on my blog if you need more information:

Karen I do hope you have support and find some respite, joy and peace when you stitch. I’m in awe of your creativity. xoxox
thanks so much Erica, that’s very kind. I’m thankful that there is usually joy and peace in some quiet stitching.
