Where does the time go?
A few moments of each day are here, of course, memorialised in thread.
There was some chain stitch that became a crossroads.
One month to go, and this year will be sewn up. I can see the end of the cloth.

What is the size of your rectangle ?
The monthly block is about 8” x 10”
Your random organic stitching is so precise. When you look back can you tell what kind of day it was? Say Feb 28th?
I can’t always remember what I was doing on a specific day but I can often remember where and when I stitched it, and how I was feeling at the time. It’s really interesting how the cloth holds these memories.
I also was going to ask how much each section brought the day it was stitched back to you!
