I am truly sorry to be the bearer of disappointing news today, but I have decided to suspend overseas shipping (that’s anywhere outside the UK) until further notice.
If you’re anywhere other than the UK, please accept my sincere apologies. I hope that I can resume overseas shipping before too much longer; stay tuned and I’ll let you know.
If you have family or friends in the UK who can order on your behalf, then that would present a workable alternative.
If you are in the UK (and I still can’t ship to Northern Ireland, I’m afraid) then – lucky you – it’s all yours.

I’m so sad that our president is causing so much chaos in the world. I look forward to more peaceful times when he is no longer in a position to do so much harm. That won’t help your inability to ship to Northern Ireland, though! One of these days I hope our world leaders will do much better than they are doing today. We will all be better off if that happens.
Reluctantly I have to agree, Barbara, and thank you for the solidarity. It’s not just US shipping that is causing issues for me, though the US tariffs do seem to have increased again. Overseas shipping generates extra work for me and at the moment I can’t accommodate the additional time and effort needed. Hopefully better times to come 🙂
Karen, you are only one person and you can only do what you can. Your standards are so high, and we all appreciate it so much. Better to do well what you are able to do. Everyone understands, I’m sure.

As there is no shipping, are downloads still available?
that shameful part is on those making shipping so difficult if not impossible. I’m mid closing down storage units today so my brain is already there, I think.
Overseas shipping is ridiculously complicated, especially to the US. But even other places are becoming a problem, notably when Customs officials randomly open parcels and then I get complaints because they didn’t wrap the parcel up properly and bits got lost etc etc. Or I get messages asking me to refund the import duties costs. It’s all just too much hassle right now 🙂

thanks so much – international shipping is complicated and time consuming because of import duties and tariffs, and right now I just need to keep things as simple as possible. Also good question re downloads – yes, downloads are available worldwide, it’s just the physical items I can’t manage at present.
You need to manage your workload, and at the moment it seems to me that even sending a letter is harder than it needs to be. Looking forward to a time when all this is easier!
That’s true – overseas postage is more complicated than it ever was, and as you say UK postage isn’t much better at the moment! Definitely looking forward to an easier life 🙂
